2020 Conference – New Dates

Mark your calendars! We are pleased to announce that the 2020 PSUG MEA Conference has been rescheduled to:

October 28-30, 2020
American Community School
Amman, Jordan

Details for the new round of registration will be sent out to the full PSUG MEA mailing list and published here around mid-April, once the dust has settled a little bit. 🙂

2020 Conference Postponed

Due to the worsening of the global spread of COVID-19 in the last 48 hours, and following discussions with the leadership of ACS Amman yesterday, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone the PSUG Amman conference until fall 2020 (dates TBD).

Registered attendees have been contacted directly.  More information will be published here when we have the new dates for the fall.

Stay healthy!

30 attendees from 12 schools across 8 countries in the Middle East and Africa gathered on March 8-10, 2019 in Beirut, Lebanon for the fourth annual PowerSchool Users’ Group Middle East Conference. Three days of sessions were offered by our expert presenters in the areas of scheduling, customization, general system administration, and much more for all levels from beginner to advanced. Attendees also had the opportunity to work with trainers one-on-one during Open Lab time to get their questions and problems answered as necessary. On Saturday evening, the group enjoyed a walking tour of historical Downtown Beirut and a delicious Arabic dinner on Zaitunay Bay.

A fourth trainer will be added soon, and we are hopeful that Jason Springel (PowerSchool Evangelist) will be able to attend again this year as well.

All PowerSchool users and schools are welcome, from both the Middle East and further afield.

For insight into the types and content of sessions offered in the past at this event, please reference the 2018 Session Catalog.
