Screencasts

Forums

PowerSource – The old PowerSchool SIS-only knowledgebase. Most articles have been migrated to PowerSchool Community (see below) however the forums remain active, and PowerSource Exchange is still a key resource on this site.  Requires a login.

PowerSchool Community – PowerSchool-run, official knowledgebase site for forums and support across all the PowerSchool suite products.  Most resources from PowerSource have already been migrated here. The plan is to eventually move everything from PowerSource to this site. Requires a login.

PSUG.io Group – Very active forum for all things PowerSchool-related, founded in 2001 and currently boasting 11,000+ members from schools across the world. It’s a restricted group so you’ll need to request to join.

PSUG Middle East and Africa WhatsApp Group – With over 110 members from the Middle East and Africa region, our WhatsApp group is thriving and active! If you’d like to be added, please email Romy directly with your name, school, position, and mobile number.

Conferences & Training Events

PowerSchool University – PSU is the primary official PowerSchool training conference, held four times annually in different cities around the United States. It’s an impeccably-planned and run event with expert trainers and dozens of incredibly useful classes for users in all different roles and skill levels, as well as open labs and ample networking opportunities. Anyone using PowerSchool extensively should attend at least once, and yearly if possible.

PSUG Events, USA – Similar to our MEA PSUG conferences but on a much larger scale (for the whole United States), these annual conferences are organized and run by PowerSchool users themselves. There are about 100 unique training sessions plus dozens of workshops and presentations by vendors who have products or services that work well with PowerSchool.
